A SNEAK PEAK OF OTHER WORK SAMPLES I HAVE POURED MY PASSION, DEDICATION AND EXPERTISE INTO
LEADIGN A TEAM IN EVENT DESIGN PROJECT
Savonia University of Applied Sciences wanted to organize a start-of-the-year event for new and returning design students.
My role in the event concept design project was to lead a four-person graphic design team.
As the team leader, I was responsible for:
Managing resources, tasks, and scheduling.
Maintaining a positive work environment and offering support.
Collaboratively setting goals and monitoring their progress.
Acting as a liaison and collaborating with other team leaders involved in the event planning project, sharing information about our team's activities, and ensuring our team had all the necessary information.
Assisting in resolving issues encountered by team members.
Compiling a Graphic Guidelines based on the material produced by the team and creating an implementation plan for the execution team regarding graphic elements.
We carried out the project on a shared Miro board and utilized a Kanban tool for task allocation.
Feedback from a team member:
"You were an excellent team leader. It was a very natural role for you, as you are systematic and consistently push things forward. I felt that you listened to everyone's voice. Soft values prevailed in teamwork. If something particularly stood out back then, it was TABLES."
A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT THAT REDUCES META-WORK
During the Service Design studies at Savonia University of Applied Sciences, as part of the Digital Services course, our task was to develop an application based on our personal interests.
Due to my fascination with artificial intelligence and streamlining everyday tasks, I decided to create a Virtual Assistant application.
This application stands out from competing virtual assistants by learning user routines and allowing users to create their own assistant avatar using AI.
The concept for the application stemmed from a workshop held with my study group, where we brainstormed "Workbuddy," a virtual assistant to facilitate work routines. I continued to develop this idea further, aiming for a more comprehensive virtual assistant experience.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AGENT
In service business, maintaining service experiences that lead to loyal customers and service recommendations is crucial. One way to gain insights into the current state of service is by utilizing mystery shopping.
I have conducted several mystery shopping visits across various services using methods like service safaris or mystery shopping. The outcome of these studies has resulted in a service journey with improvement suggestions or a report detailing the experienced service journey.
I have carried out mystery shopping assignments for Secret View and Mysteeriasiakas.fi companies.
